Il faut du courage, de la volont\u00e9 et de la patience. Le cynorhodon pousse partout sur tout types de sol, il n&rsquo;est pas tr\u00e8s exigeant, m\u00eame si pour pousser il&nbsp;a besoin d&rsquo;espace. Pour la cueillette se munir de gants, de vieux v\u00eatements, &nbsp;l&rsquo;arbuste d\u00e9fendant \u00e2prement ses fruits. La cueillette \u00e0 lieu en hiver apr\u00e8s les premi\u00e8res gel\u00e9es. Il faut que le fruit soit ramolli par le gel\/d\u00e9gel.<\/p>\n<p>Pour cueillir 1 kg de baies en \u00e9vitant d&rsquo;entrainer la tige, il faut environ 1h. Tout d\u00e9pend de l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 vous \u00eates et de la quantit\u00e9 disponible.<\/p>\n<p>Pesez la quantit\u00e9 ramass\u00e9e, puis lavez les fruits. Pour 1 kg ajouter 1 litre d&rsquo;eau. Faites bouillir 40-45 min \u00e0 feu doux. Mixez le tout au mixeur \u00e0 main. Ensuite il faut \u00e9liminer les p\u00e9pins dans un premier temps avec un moulin \u00e0 l\u00e9gume (temps 45 minutes). Puis dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, il faut \u00e9liminer les poils et autre partie du fruit. On choisira un tamis de 0.4 mm ou une passoire \u00ab\u00a0chinois\u00a0\u00bb fine (temps 45 minutes). Pesez la quantit\u00e9 obtenue (pour 1 kg de fruit, cette quantit\u00e9 est de 500 \u00e0 700 g). Ajoutez la moiti\u00e9 du poids en sucre, m\u00e9langez puis portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition 30-40 minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la consistance souhait\u00e9e, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la pr\u00e9paration fige. Vous pourrez&nbsp;si vous le souhaitez ajouter quelques gouttes de jus de citron.&nbsp;Versez la confiture dans les pots pr\u00e9alablement st\u00e9rilis\u00e9s, puis les retourner.
